Furryous Deathmatch (“the game”) is a free online game about cats. Adam Frieden, an individual in Massachusetts, USA, makes and runs the game. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Adam Frieden. This policy tells you what information the game collects, why it collects it, and what you can do about it.

The short version

What we collect

When you play

Everyone who plays, with or without a saved account:

If you save your clan with email

If you sign in with Google

What we do not do

Services that help run the game

A small number of companies process information for us so that the game can work. Each one receives only what it needs for its job.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the game and its players from fraud or abuse.

Children

The game is for a general audience. Anyone can play without giving us personal information such as an email address. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are under 13, please do not give us your email address or sign in with Google. If you are a parent and you think that your child under 13 gave us an email address, contact us at adam@frieden.org. We will delete it.

How long we keep information

Your choices and rights

Security

All traffic between your browser and the game uses HTTPS. The game has no passwords to steal: you sign in with a one-time email link or with Google. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to keep only what the game needs.

Where your information is stored

We store information in the United States. If you play from another country, your information goes to the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the game.
